At Stonekii, we’re committed to delivering your fashion essentials quickly and securely. Please read the following shipping details carefully before placing your order.

📦 Order Processing

  • All orders are processed within 2–4 business days (excluding weekends and public holidays).

  • You’ll receive an email confirmation once your order is placed, and another email with tracking information once it ships.

  • Orders placed after 5 PM or during holidays will be processed the next business day.

🚚 Shipping Time & Delivery Estimates

Domestic Shipping (India):

  • Estimated Delivery: 3–7 business days

  • Carriers: Delhivery, Bluedart, DTDC, or similar trusted services

International Shipping:

  • Estimated Delivery: 7–21 business days (may vary by location and customs)

  • Tracking provided once dispatched

  • Note: International orders may be subject to import duties or taxes, which must be paid by the customer

💳 Shipping Charges

  • Domestic (India): Free shipping on orders above ₹999

  • A flat shipping rate of ₹79 applies to orders below ₹999

  • International: Shipping charges calculated at checkout based on destination and order weight

📍 Tracking Your Order

Once your order is shipped:

  • You’ll receive a tracking number via email/SMS

  • You can track your order status anytime using the provided link

  • If you don’t receive tracking within 4 business days, contact: support@stonekii.com

🛑 Delays & Exceptions

While we aim to deliver on time, delays may occur due to:

  • Unforeseen weather conditions

  • Customs clearance (for international)

  • Incomplete or incorrect shipping addresses

Stonekii is not liable for delays once the package has been handed over to the courier.

❗ Missed Deliveries

  • If the courier is unable to reach you after multiple attempts, the package may be returned to us.

  • Re-shipping charges may apply if you request re-delivery.

🔄 Address Changes

Need to update your address after placing an order?

  • Email us within 6 hours of placing the order at support@stonekii.com

  • We’ll try our best to update it before dispatch, but changes cannot be guaranteed once the order is processed.

🧾 Undeliverable Packages

Orders returned due to incorrect/incomplete address, failed delivery attempts, or refusal to accept will be refunded (minus shipping fees) or reshipped at additional cost.
