All orders are processed within 2–4 business days (excluding weekends and public holidays).

You’ll receive an email confirmation once your order is placed, and another email with tracking information once it ships.

Orders placed after 5 PM or during holidays will be processed the next business day.

International Shipping:

Domestic (India): Free shipping on orders above ₹999

A flat shipping rate of ₹79 applies to orders below ₹999

International: Shipping charges calculated at checkout based on destination and order weight

🛑 Delays & Exceptions
While we aim to deliver on time, delays may occur due to:

Unforeseen weather conditions

Incomplete or incorrect shipping addresses
Stonekii is not liable for delays once the package has been handed over to the courier.

🔄 Address Changes
Need to update your address after placing an order?

We’ll try our best to update it before dispatch, but changes cannot be guaranteed once the order is processed.
🧾 Undeliverable Packages
Orders returned due to incorrect/incomplete address, failed delivery attempts, or refusal to accept will be refunded (minus shipping fees) or reshipped at additional cost.
