Refund policy

At StoneKii, we are committed to delivering high-quality products and excellent customer satisfaction. Please read this policy carefully before making a purchase.

1. Order Cancellation

We understand that sometimes plans change. If you wish to cancel your order:

  • You may cancel your order within 12 hours of placing it.
  • Once your order has been processed or shipped, it can no longer be cancelled.
  • To request a cancellation, email us immediately at support@stonekii.com with your order number and full name.

⚠️ We do not guarantee cancellation if the request is made after the order has already moved to fulfillment or has been shipped.

2. Refund Policy

Refunds are applicable only in the following cases:

  • You received the wrong product.
  • The product was damaged or defective upon delivery.
  • You are eligible for a return and the product is accepted by our return team.

Conditions for Refund Eligibility

  • Product must be unused, unwashed, and in original packaging with tags intact.
  • The request must be raised within 7 days of receiving the order.
  • You must provide photo or video proof for damaged or incorrect items.

Important: We do not issue monetary refunds for damaged or defective products. Damaged or defective items are handled through product replacement only at no cost to you.

3. How to Submit a Refund Request

Email us at support@stonekii.com with the following information:

  • Your order number
  • A description of the issue
  • Clear images or videos of the product

4. Non-Refundable Items

The following items are not eligible for a refund or return:

  • Sale or discounted items
  • Custom or personalized items
  • Gift cards
  • Items that have been worn, used, or damaged by the customer

5. Return Shipping

  • For returns due to incorrect or damaged items, StoneKii will cover the return shipping cost.
  • For all other eligible returns (e.g. size issues or change of mind), return shipping is the customer's responsibility.

6. Refund Method

  • Approved refunds will be issued via the original payment method.
  • Please allow 5–10 business days for the refund to reflect in your account, depending on your bank or payment provider.

7. Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven't received a refund after 10 business days:

  • Double-check your bank account or payment method.
  • Contact your bank or payment provider — processing times can vary.
