Orders & Shipping
Where is my order?
Open our Track Order page and enter your order ID, mobile number or email. Tracking goes live as soon as your order ships.
How long does delivery take?
We dispatch orders within 24–48 hours. Standard delivery takes 4–5 days and Express delivery takes 2–3 days. The product page shows an estimate for your pincode. Remote areas can take a little longer.
How much does shipping cost?
Shipping is free on all orders, except a single anime keychain on its own, which ships for ₹50 (any 2 keychains ship free). Express delivery (2–3 days) is ₹110. Cash on Delivery orders may have a small COD fee, shown at checkout.
Do you ship outside India?
Not right now. We deliver across India only.
Payments & COD
Is Cash on Delivery available?
Yes. Pay just ₹69 online to book your order and pay the rest in cash at delivery. Any COD fee is shown at checkout.
Why did I get a WhatsApp message after my order?
We send order and delivery updates from our official number +91 78400 50581. If a message asks you to Confirm, tap it so we know your order is good to go. Tapping Cancel cancels the order.
Which payment methods do you accept?
UPI, debit and credit cards and net banking at checkout, or Cash on Delivery with ₹69 paid upfront.
Can I cancel my order?
Yes, within 12 hours of placing it. Email support@stonekii.com with your order number and full name. Once an order is packed or shipped, it can't be cancelled.
Returns & Replacements
What is your return policy?
Returns are accepted within 3 days of delivery on prepaid orders, for unused products in their original packaging.
My item arrived damaged or wrong. What now?
We'll replace it free of cost, on every order. Within 3 days of delivery, open the Free Replacement page and share a photo or video of the item with your order ID and mobile number.
How long do refunds take?
Approved refunds go back to your original payment method. Please allow 5–10 business days for your bank to show it.
Can I return a custom product?
Custom products are made just for you, so they can't be returned. We replace them free if they arrive damaged or misprinted.

Will the case fit my phone?
Pick your phone's brand and model on the product page and we make the case for that model. If your model isn't listed, message us on WhatsApp and we'll check.
Can I design my own case or keychain?
Yes. Upload your own art or photo on the Custom Phone Case or Custom Keychain page, check the preview and add it to your bag.
Do the anime eyes keychains really shine?
Yes. The eyes catch the light and shine when light hits them, which is why fans love them on bags and keys.
Are there any bundle offers?
Anime keychains are ₹299 each (+ ₹50 shipping), or any 2 for ₹399 with free shipping. Phone cases: any 2 cases get ₹100 off and any 3 or more get ₹200 off, plus an extra 10% off cases when you pay online. Offers apply automatically at checkout and may change over time.
