StoneKii is an online store specialising in premium anime-themed phone cases and accessories. Our store is hosted on Shopify Inc., which provides us with the e-commerce platform to sell our products to you.

By agreeing to these Terms, you confirm that you are at least the age of majority in your state or province of residence, or that you are the age of majority and have given us your consent to allow any of your minor dependents to use this site.

2. Products

All products are subject to availability. We reserve the right to limit the quantities of any products or services that we offer and to discontinue any product at any time without notice.

We have made every effort to display product colours, designs, and images as accurately as possible. However, we cannot guarantee that your device's display of any colour or design will be accurate. Slight variations in the physical product may occur.

Phone cases are sold as accessories only. StoneKii does not guarantee device protection against all types of damage. Compatibility information is listed on each product page — please check your device model before purchasing.

3. Pricing and Payment

All prices are listed in Indian Rupees (₹) unless otherwise stated. We reserve the right to change prices at any time without prior notice. Prices for items in your cart are not locked until your order is confirmed and payment is processed.

We accept all major payment methods available through Shopify Payments. Payment must be received in full before your order is processed and dispatched.

In the event of a pricing error on our website, we reserve the right to cancel any orders placed for incorrectly priced products and issue a full refund.

4. Orders and Cancellations

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our sole discretion, including orders that appear to be placed for commercial resale, orders where fraud is suspected, or orders that contain errors.

Once an order has been placed and payment confirmed, cancellations may not be possible if the order has already been processed for dispatch. Please contact us immediately at mainbulsharky@gmail.com if you need to cancel.

Custom or personalised orders cannot be cancelled once production has begun.

5. Shipping

Orders are processed within 24–48 hours of placement. Delivery timelines vary by location and shipping method selected at checkout. StoneKii is not responsible for delays caused by courier services, customs clearance, or events outside our control.

Risk of loss and title for items purchased pass to you upon delivery of the items to the carrier. Please refer to our Shipping Policy for full details.

6. Returns and Refunds

We offer a 30-day return policy for eligible items. Items must be unused, unworn, in original packaging and accompanied by proof of purchase.

We do not issue monetary refunds for items that are damaged or defective. In such cases, we will replace the item at no cost to you. Please refer to our Refund Policy for full details.

Non-returnable items include gift cards, sale items, personalised products, and opened personal care goods.

7. Intellectual Property

All content on this website, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, product images, and designs, is the property of StoneKii or its content suppliers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works from any content on this site without our express written permission. Unauthorised use of our content or designs may give rise to a claim for damages.

Anime-themed designs on our products are created for fan appreciation. Any third-party trademarks or characters referenced belong to their respective owners. StoneKii is not affiliated with or endorsed by any anime studio or intellectual property holder.

You agree not to use our website or services for any unlawful purpose or in any way that could damage, disable, or impair the site. You agree not to attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of the website or its related systems.
